In Vangapalli Village, Kamalapur Block, Hanmakonda District, Mr. Poonamchandhar, President of Vangapalli Tractor Owners Union has conducted a meeting in the village and distributed posters to the villagers. Also, conducted a rally with about 50 tractors and distributed sweets on the special occassion.
