In Chitiyala Block, Bhupalapally District, S. Rangachary organized the WTOD Celebrations by conducting a meeting with all the tractor owners in the fields and displayed the posters by pasting them to the tractors and spread awareness in the village about the importance of WTOD on 6th of November.
